What are your delivery fees?
The delivery fee is based off the suburb in which the flowers are heading off too and will be calculated during the checkout process.
Do you offer same day delivery fees?
Any orders placed before 12am are eligible for same day delivery
Is there a specific time in which flowers are delivered?
We cannot give a guaranteed delivery time; however,all flowers will be delivered before 6pm daily.
What happens if no one is available at time of delivery?
Do not worry, we will resolve the issue. We will attempt to contact the recipient first, if we cannot reach the recipient, we will be in contact with you. You may choose to pick up the flowers instead, select an alternative address or arrange a new delivery to the same address (with a new delivery fee). Â

Will the flowers be left unattended on delivery?
Our courier will assess whether it is safe to leave it at the door or in a safe space, taking into consideration the weather. If our courier decides it is unsafe to leave unattended it will be bought back to store and we will be in touch with you.
How will I know when my flowers have been delivered?
Once the bouquet is
delivered you will receive a SMS to notify you of the completion of delivery.
Can I get a personalised bunch or gift set?
Absolutely! If you wish to make your own personalised bunch you may do so by calling or emailing us.
Please do so at least 3 days in advance, so that we can source any specific flowers or colours that you may be after (if in season).
Will my flowers look exactly like the picture on the website?
We aim to provide you with the most beautiful and freshest blooms that you can enjoy for longer.
Flowers and colours change seasonally so we will replicate the design and colour pallet using blooms that are currently in season. All flowers in photos are in full bloom so if you receive flowers that have not bud, do not worry because they will open over the next few days.
Does Blossoming Couture do weddings and events?
We absolutely do! And cannot wait to create something magical for your special day!
What payment methods can I use?
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website.Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.
What is your exchanges, returns and refunds policy?
If you no longer require the flowers, we are more than happy to refund your purchase or provide a store credit, as long as the cancelation is done prior to the order being dispatched. We cannot refund orders that have already been delivered or are on board with the courier for delivery.
